A FAN LETTER TO *YOU*
Thank you for stopping by. It really means a lot to me. You see, I wanted to write even before I could read. At around age four, I wanted to write so badly that I scribbled gibberish all over the pages of my mom’s Korean-English dictionary. And, yup, I got in big trouble for it—but that didn’t stop me!
As I grew up, I became “that girl,” sitting in the back of the classroom, recording observations in my notebook: So-and-so got a new haircut. So-and-so is wearing two different shoes today. So-and-so twirls her pen like a baton.
I’ve been observing and writing ever since and I’m honored to get to share my writing with you.
